Christmas reminds us that God is with us.  We are not alone.

Perhaps you need reminded of that today. God is with you.  He proved it by putting on flesh and walking among us.  He proved in the form of a baby wrapped in clothes and placed in a manger.

Christmas reminds us that God is with us AND that God saves us.

Perhaps you needed reminded of that today.  God has provided salvation.  He proved it by not only walking among us but also by giving his life for us.  He provided it by not only being wrapped in clothes and placed in a manger but also by dying on a cross and placed in a tomb. Yet, the grave could not hold him. Jesus didn’t merely die for sin; he conquered death.  Jesus didn’t merely conquer death; he defeated the devil.  I could go on and on.
